1. How can I book an appointment at BSM Eye Clinic?

You can book an appointment through our online booking form, phone, or messaging apps such as WhatsApp or KakaoTalk. Our staff will confirm your visit promptly.

2. Can international patients make a booking?

Yes. International patients are welcome, and our coordinators provide assistance in English and other languages to make the booking process smooth.

3. Do I need a consultation before LASIK or PRK surgery?

Yes. A comprehensive eye examination and consultation are required to determine whether you are a suitable candidate before scheduling surgery.

4. Is a deposit required to confirm my booking?

In some cases, a reservation deposit may be requested, especially for surgery bookings. Our team will inform you in advance if a deposit is needed.

5. Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Yes. Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled with prior notice. Please contact us as early as possible to avoid any inconvenience.

6. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for surgery or peak seasons, to secure your preferred date and time.
